Compatibility by Birth Date
Compare two Saju charts: Day Masters, Day Branches, zodiac animals and the elements you give each other. Choose the kind of relationship.
How the compatibility reading works
How is compatibility calculated from birth dates?
We build a Saju chart for each of you from the birth date and compare four things: your Day Masters (the core of your personality), your Day Branches (your inner self), your zodiac animals and Month Branches, and whether each chart supplies the elements the other needs (the Useful God). The weights change with the type of relationship. For example, Day Branches matter most in love, and Month Branches matter more at work.
What is a Day Master?
The Heavenly Stem of the day you were born is your Day Master, the core of your character in Saju. Each of the ten Day Masters is tied to an image from nature and one of the Five Elements. Two Day Masters can attract, support, resemble, lead or challenge each other, and this is the first thing the reading looks at.
Do I need my birth time?
No. This reading uses only the birth date (the Year, Month and Day pillars), so you can use it even if you don’t know the time or place of birth.
Does a low score mean we are doomed?
No. A low score means your charts point in different directions, which usually shows up as friction or misunderstanding, not as a verdict. Many strong relationships are between very different people. Treat it as a guide to where to be gentle.
Why are there different readings for love, work and family?
The same two charts mean different things in different relationships. A pull toward each other is great in love, while a leader–follower dynamic may be fine at work. Each type uses its own weights and wording.
