These terms set the conditions for using the content of FateHive (the “Service”), including Saju, horoscopes, tarot, I Ching and dream meanings, and the rights and responsibilities of the operator and users.

All readings and interpretations are reference content for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not scientific, medical, legal or financial advice, and they do not guarantee or predict your real future. For important decisions about health, law, investment, education, marriage or contracts, rely on your own judgment and consult a qualified professional.

The Service can be used without an account. Please enter accurate information to get a meaningful reading. When you enter another person’s details, get their consent and treat their information with care.

• Calling the Service excessively with automated tools or otherwise interfering with its operation
• Copying or distributing the Service’s content in bulk without permission, or using it commercially
• Using the Service to defame or threaten others or to break the law

Rights in the Service’s text, design and software belong to the operator. Result text exported with the share function may be used freely for personal sharing. Sources of public-domain classical texts and images used in the Service are listed on the “About & sources” page.

The operator may change the content or stop some features to improve the Service, and will announce major changes on the Service. The Service is free, and to the extent allowed by law the operator is not liable for loss caused by its interruption.

The operator is not responsible for the results of decisions or actions you take based on the interpretations in the Service. Liability for loss caused by the operator’s intent or gross negligence is governed by applicable law.

The Service is currently entirely free. If paid features are added, price, payment and refund conditions will be announced first, separately from these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
