Peak Di Wang
A leader at the height of their power, the person everyone looks to.
What does Peak mean in BaZi?
The Twelve Life Stages (shi er chang sheng) trace how a Heavenly Stem’s energy is born, grows, peaks, fades and is born again as it passes through the twelve Earthly Branches. Peak is stage 5 of 12.
the height of the energy. Confidence and drive are at their maximum and the leader nature is strong, though too much can become dogmatism.
Strengths of the Peak stage
Presence, charisma and decisive leadership. Energy and confidence are at their maximum.
What to watch for
Dogmatism and burnout. At a peak the only way is down, so too much force can harden into arrogance or exhaustion.
Peak at work and in love
Work: Top roles, founding, directing and any position that needs one clear voice.
Love: Strong and protective, sometimes dominant. Relationships go best when you share the stage.
How to use this energy
Share credit and schedule real rest. Flexibility is what keeps a peak from becoming a cliff.
Where does Peak fall in your chart?
The stage depends on your Day Master and the Earthly Branch it meets. Each Day Master reaches Peak on a different branch. In your Day Pillar this shows as your inner energy; in the other pillars it colors the part of life they stand for.
Life Stage readings are simplified interpretations following common Saju practice and differ between schools. They are for entertainment and self-reflection.
